DELIVERY / SHIPPING

 All orders are shipped directly from us in the UK. We strive to process and ship your order within 1-2 business days of receiving your order, when the item listing says it's in stock - it is in stock :)

Processing times may vary depending on the time of year. Please allow slightly longer during the Holiday Season.

Please allow 1-5 days for UK delivery once your order has been shipped. Shipments to Europe & South America or Asia can take up to 1-5 weeks. When your order ships you'll receive an automated notification email. If sent using a track able service that will include a tracking number.

RETURNS / REFUNDS

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase, but should you wish to return the item, please follow the instructions below.

Please inform us, either by email or by phone, of any item you intend to return within 5 days of taking delivery. Returns must be made within 14 days of taking delivery. All items must be returned with all outer packaging and labels intact and be in the exact condition in which they were received. Please include a copy of your commercial invoice with all returns. Please also note on the invoice the reason for return 
Returns will be inspected upon receipt. If a returned item is found to be non-faulty, correct, and of the correct size, Football Authentica will not accept any costs incurred in returning the item.
Refunds are issued via credit note or exchange to the item/items value only - the shipping cost is used to return the exchange items back to the buyer/customer
